You can attach a screenshot by manually attaching it to the email that opens. (Most phones let you long-press the screenshot and share to Mail.)

Common fixes

  • Restart the app and the device.
  • Check for the latest update on the App Store.
  • If purchases/subscriptions fail, check Apple ID payment and restore purchases in-app if available.
